Business plan
The applicants should submit a business plan in order to be considered for incubation.
The business plan submitted should be of about 10 pages covering the following aspects in as much details as possible
Value proposition (highlighting the innovation)
Profile of management team; and advisory board (if any)
Planned products and services portfolio
Product development milestones and timelines
Approach and infrastructure requirements for technical implementation
Market potential analysis and Competition analysis
Funding requirements
Capital structure
Gotomarket
plan
Risk analysis and projected financials

Project planThe applicants should submit a project plan in order to be considered for incubation
The project plan submitted should be of about 5-10 pages covering the following aspects in as much details as possible. The following point can be described

Basic Membership
  • Eligibility: Students of class 9th , 10th , 11th , and 12th or students of Bachelor degree (upto pre final year) courses.

Rules and Regulations

Usage of Computers, Laptops and internet
  • Submit application with preferred timing signed by Principal or Addl. Director or Director.
  • Laptop/Computer will not be issued. Members will have to access the Laptop/Computer in Incubation Center ONLY.
  • No personal use of internet will be allowed like songs/video/game/software download.
  • Pendrives/Hard disks/Card reader will be issued with the prior permission of  Director/Principal/Addl. Director/DIC Project Co-ordinator.
  • No personal/departmental printout/scanning will be allowed.

 

Usage of Books
  • Books can be issued [1 book at a time/maximum for 1 week]
  • Charges applied if not returned in time. [5 INR/Day]
  • You can use the books during working hours at Incubation Center.
  • Do not scribble.
Usage of Instruments
  • Submit application with preferred timing signed by Principal or Addl. Director or Director.
  • Instruments/Components will not be issued. Members will have to access them in Incubation Center ONLY.
Usage of Smart Class
  • Submit application with preferred timing signed by Principal, Addl. Director and Director.
Basic
  • Maintain silence in the Lab.
  • Do not use any device/books without permission.
  • Keep the lab clean. Do not litter.
  • Do not use Incubation Center as a short cut path.
  • You are liable to fine or replacement or fine with actual cost if any of the property belonging to the Incubation Center is damaged by you. You are responsible for the property under your use.
Holiday/Vacation
  • The Incubation Center will remain open during holiday and vacation if and only if atleast 3 members submit application on behalf of that.Permission has to be obtained atleast 24 hour in advance.
